Red Velvet Brownies

Ingredients:1 box Snowflake red velvet cupcake mix1 egg¼ cup Oil1 cup water1 egg2 x 90g slabs Dairymilk chocolate
Glaze-¼ cup icing sugarCold milk as needed
Method:1. Preheat oven to 160degC.2. Chop the chocolate into small cubes.3. Beat the oil, water and egg with cupcake mix.4. Then mix in chopped chocolate. 5. Spray 'and Cook a 20cmx20cm square Pyrex dish.6. Pour the batter into the pyrex, even the batter out.7. Place into oven and bake for 20-25min.8. Remove from oven, and cool for 5min. (The cake should be dense.)9. Mix icing sugar with cold milk till thick pouring consistency.10. Drizzle over brownies. Sprinkle on sprinkles. 11. Once glaze is set, cut into 16 squares.12. Store in an airtight container.
