Puff pastry ( I used TODAY)
Egg wash ( I used milk)
METHOD
Roll out the puff pastry and cut a triangle.
Then shape the triangle into a croissant.
Top with egg wash or milk and bake at 180 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
