INGREDIENTS
168g Plain Flour 13g cooca power ¼ tap. Salt 53g butter milk ½teaspoon. Vanilla ½ to 1 teaspoon. Red food coloring gel paste187g butter225g sugar 3 eggs 1 teaspoon. Apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon. Bicarbonate soda
cream cheese frofting75g butter 190g cream cheese 480g icing sugar, sifted 1tsp. Vanilla A pinch Salt
METHOD
In a bowl sift flour, baking powder and salt together and set a side.In another bowl mix butter milk, vanilla and food coloring. And set a side.Now cream together butter and sugar for 8 to 10 minutes when light and creamy add in 1 egg at a time beating well after each addition.Now add the prepared ingredients as follows dry, wet ,dry wet, dry ingredients in small batch and mixing slowly. In a small bowl add bicarbonate soda and apple cider vinegar mix quietly and add the batter and mix well. Grease and line 2 baking tray divide the batter equally and add the pans and bake @170c for 20 -24 minutes.Let it cool completely before icing
Cream cheese frosting In a bowl add butter and cream cheese mix well add in the sifted icing sugar in 2 batches beat on a low speed when combined add salt and vanilla and mix well. You are ready to frost your cake. Enjoy
