INGREDIENTS
235g SR Flour 15g cocoa powder 250g sugar ¾ml salt 270g butter 4 lg eggs 3 tablespoon. Buttermilk 1 teaspoon. Red food gel1 teaspoon. Vanilla ¾ teaspoon. Bi carb 1 ½ teaspoon. Cider vinegar
FROSTING150g butter 240g cream cheese 840g icing sugar
METHOD
Sift flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt and add the butter, and eggs and beat for 1 minutes. Mix the buttermilk+ food gel and vanilla mix well and add to the batter and mix on high for 20 seconds.Quickly mix bi carb and vinegar and add to the batter and mix well.Fill the cupcake case ⅔ full and bake @ 170c for 22 minutes.Let it cool completely.Frosting: Add butter and cream cheese mix for 30 to 60 seconds. Add in the sifted sugar in 2 batch beat for 2 minutes. Add to the piping bag and pipe on top of the cupcakes
