Almost like puri dough
2 cups Flour½ teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon Salt3 tablespoon Melted butter or ghee (Clarified butter)3 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon baking powderCrushed whole Jeeru (Cumin)Handful of chopped green dhania (coriander) dhania (coriander)Rub and mix all togetherMake a soft dough with warm Milk and warm WaterKnead well and let it stabbed covered for 10 minutesRoll out like mini rotisPlace any filling on on roti (I used mashed spicy yellow potato cooked with Jeeru (Cumin) Akalwaya masala onion salt tumeric added some chilli pickle as well as hot chilli sauce) Paste water or Lai cover with the other rotiPress /Seal edges wellGrill/Seko like you would rotis
