500 gram chicken fillet ½ chopped up onion 15ml olive oil 1 ½ teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) ½ teaspoon turmeric 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup yoghurt 165 ml coconut cream 2 black pepper corns
Marinate chopped up fillet with all spices incl lemon juice and yoghurt exept parsley. Leave for atleast an hour. Braise onion in oil and add marinated chicken. Cook till done and add coconut cream at the end. Enjoy!
