8 Hake fillets marinated (for a few hours) in: 60 g melted butter Salt & lemon pepper 2 teaspoon green chili paste 2 teaspoon ginger & garlic 2 teaspoon garlic powder 2 teaspoon Italian herb spice 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 teaspoon black pepper Cook on a non stick pan turning only once
Lemon butter sauce :¼ cup garlic sauce , 40 g butter ,½ squeezed lemon , 2 teaspoon mayonnaise, ¼ cup fresh cream , ¼ cup milk, white pepper, lemon & herb spice , salt Boil together in a saucepan
