INGREDIENTS
150 ml Cream1 teaspoon garlic20g salted butter40 ml fresh lemon juice1 teaspoon parsley choppedsalt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Simmer cream over low heat with garlic .Add the butter ,lemon juice and parsleySeason with salt and pepper.Whisk until the butter has melted and the mixture is smooth.If the sauce is too thick or separates ,add a tablespoon of water and whisk until you get the right consistency.Serve with grilled fish ,Prawns and Chicken.
