2 ½ cups of flour 1 teaspoon yeast 2 tablespoon sugar ½ to 1 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoon olive oil rosemary 1 to 1 1.4 cups luke warm water

Add the dry ingredients few strands rosemary add the olive oil to the water and pour to make a soft dough start by adding only 1 cup water (250ml ) first knead on a floured surface for 2 minutes or til combined and not sticky anymore. ( if you making doug in a machine no need to knead ) grease a bowl and add the dough and allow to rise atleast 1 hour or double its size
preheat oven to 180 degrees
Take a oven tray like a swiss roll tray . use the 3 to 4 tablespoon olive oil to grease the tray add more oil should need be . take the dough out in the tray and using your hands start stretching and flattening on the tray or you can make it round like a pizza . sprinkle some rosemary ontop and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or depending on how crisp you want it .
optional : I added cheese on 1 half once it was baked and poped in bake in the oven for cheese to melt .
serve with dips of your choice I sprinkles parmesan cheese after baked
