250g mascapone cheese
500ml fresh cream
1 packet boudoir biscuits
1 Tin condensed milk
2 tablespoons coffee
1/ 2 cup boiling water
1/ 2 cup milk
3 tablespoon sugar
This recipe is tried and tested and divine
Half cup boiling water stir in 2 tablespoons of nescafe coffee and 3 teaspoons of sugar. Take out half the mixture.
To half the coffee mixture add 1⁄2 cup milk and keep aside
Beat 2 cups fresh cream till it peaks and it is stiff. Add 1 tin condensed milk.
Add the 1⁄2 cup coffee without the milk to the cream .
In a seperate bowl beat 250 g mascapone cheese till soft and add the condensed milk and fresh cream mixture to this.
Heat the coffee milk mixture and dip 1 packet boudoir biscuits and layer this alternately with coffee cream mixture ...starting with the cream mixture and ending with the cream mixture.
It's easier assembled in a silicone mould.Freeze the mixture for bout 4 to 5 hrs or over nite.
