Julienne thinly
1 carrot and ½ green pepper
Slice one onion thinly
In a pan,saute with a little ghee (Clarified butter),above and 1 cup mix vegetables..add sweetcorn if u prefer.)
½ kg chicken/steak,cut into thin strips..
Cook chicken in
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
1 teaspoon green masala
Salt
pepper
2 tablespoon mayonaise
2 tablespoon sourmilk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Add water cook,until done..when done add 3 tablespoon
ground tomatoes..
Boil in salted water ½ packet pasta rice,until tender.
Mix together veg,chicken and pasta rice..top with a blob of butter and some seasonings ..allow to steam..
