Take 500grm mutton with bones. Wash. Now boil with 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon garlic salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns 3-4 cloves cinnamon stick 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1 medium size onion slice 3-4 cups water and put for boiling.
Take oil and fry 2 medium size sliced onions till golden brown. Take out from pan and drain on kitchen paper. Let it cool and crush it. Same oil add 3-4 grated tomatoes 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic little bit salt. Cook 5 minutes now add 1-1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric 2 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala 1 teaspoon Shan korma masala mix and cook them 5-10 minutues just keep stirring with little water. After that add 2 tablespoon double thick yogurt,fried onions & mutton. Cook till the oil is separated. Now add little water and chopped coriander and mint leaves. Serve hot with roti…naan…or rice.
