Soak & wash 1 kg leg mutton pieces. Marinate in:1 cup thick yoghurt or sour milkΒ½ cup fried onions 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red β₯οΈ masala 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger π« garlic ΒΌ cup lemon π juice 2 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa curry powder2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon @purespice_sa Garam masala Saffron essence 2 teaspoon salt4 liquidised tomatoes π

Braise 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with few cloves Taj peppercorns slit chillies whole jeeru (cumin)
Add in marinated mutton Cook for about 45 minutes Add in fried potatoes π₯ sprinkle dhania (coriander).Cover with rice.Sprinkle chopped dhania (coriander) and fried onions. Put blobs of ghee (Clarified butter).Seal with foil.Steam in oven for 45 minutes to an hour.Serve with dahy & salads
