METHOD
Braise onions curry leaves and whole spices in oilAdd meat with dry and wet spicesMix well add ½ cup water and lower flame to med to low heat cook till meat is tender and water burns outAdd potatoes with 1/ 4 cup water and allow to cook till half doneAdd tomatoes and cook on low till potatoes are done if needs water may addCook till water burns out and the oil and curry seperate
