Steam handful Peas, cut up Big cubed Brinjals and Big cubed Robot PeppersDrain and keep asideIn a pot add Little OilWhole Jeeru (Cumin) 2 Elachi (cardomom) 2 tuj (cinnamon stick)2 curry leavesBraise till aroma arises add1 Large Finely sliced OnionBraise till light gold in colourAdd 1kg Mutton or Beef or Chicken MinceLet it braise with the whole spices till it changes colourAdd 1 tablespoon Magic masala (or Red ginger garlic masala) BraiseAdd 1 Full teaspoon tumeric+- 2 teaspoon Chilli powder1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix1 teaspoon Salt or to tasteLet it braise few minutes with the minceNow add 2 Grated tomatoesLet it cook Now Add the steamed peppers Peas and brinjalsI added 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce Cook till doneNot dry a bit wetGarnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander)Serving SuggestionRoti.. Puri.. Naan Roti.. RollsGreen Chilli AcharENJOY 😋
