Braise 1 sliced onion in 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter). Add in : Taj Elachi (cardomom) cloves peppercorns slit chillies whole jeeru (cumin) 2 teaspoon @mrsps_ red ginger garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa Green chillies and garlic 1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 tablespoon biryani spice (I made the powder in a coffee grinder.Elachi (cardomom) cloves star anaise Taj Bay leaves)Allow to fry Add in 2 cups liquidised tomatoes Cook 15 minutes.Add in 2 cups water. Cook on low for 1 hour.Add in potatoes Add water if necessary Cook for further 45 minutes.Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) & fried onions @786zaibunisasfriedonionsServe with rice / rotis
