1 large Marrow cut in Rings skin on or off (I used the skin) Or Small Baby MarrowsNote this is not Dhodi or Lauki) In a pot 1 Grated onuonFew dry red chillies½ teaspoon garlic½ teaspoon ginger and garlic paste Few curry leaves1 teaspoon Whole jeera seeds and little Mustard seeds Let it braise Add 2 grated tomatoes Few Strips of Robot Peppers and Peas 1 Heaped tablespoon Raja or Durbs or mix Masala masala ¼ teaspoon tumeric 1 teaspoon Paprika 1 teaspoon full dhana jeeraBraise well Add the Marrow cook on medium heat Add water only if necessary as the Marrow does give out its own juices Cook till all soft and well done Add 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce At the end Adjust Salt and Chilli taste Garnish Roth Chopped Green dhania (coriander) Enjoy with Roti or rolls
