Heat ghee (Clarified butter) in pan with whole jeera and Methi (Fenugreek) seeds when its popping throw in your chopped onion, so long microwave chopped potatoes with colour for 5 minutesOnce golden brown add in cauliflower let it steam with some waterOnce halfway cooked add potatoes with carrot add your ginger garlic and green chiliesLet that cook add salt and spicesAdd the chopped tomatoes and let it simmerGarnish with coriander
