RECIPE
1 onion sliced
Oil
1 cup cubed fillets
Salt
White pepper
Black pepper
Garlic
Green chillis
1 tray sliced mushrooms
½ cup cubed red peppers
½ cup cubed Yellow peppers
1 cup sour cream
1 cup fresh cream
Gouda Cheese
Linguine Boiled(6 rounds)
Method
Braise onions in oil until soft
Add chicken and spices cook till done
Then add the mushrooms and peppers
When thats done add in the creams
Alllow to simmer for 1 minute
Add boiled Linguine into chicken and set in a oven dish
Top with Gouda cheese and bake for 30 minutes on 180 degrees until cheese is golden
