METHODNO BAKING POWDER
250g soft butter2 tablespoon oil (optional)¾ cup castor sugarMix wellAdd½ teaspoon red coloring, 1 teaspoon vanilla essenceAdd1 & 2 cups dessicated coconut1 cup oats ( blend a bit)2 tablespoon cocoa***+-1 & ¼ cup flour DO NOT ADD EXTRA FLOUR AS IT WILL GET HARDAND DO NOT USE BAKING POWDERTo make a SOFT DOUGHGrate dough Place 1 tablespoon grated dough on greased baking tray to form clusterBake at 180 +-10min -15 minutes DO NOT OVER BAKECoolDrizzle chocolate and dust with gold dust
