Marinate 800g cleaned prawns in:1 tablespoon Crushed garlic1 teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon garlic flakes1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon Lemon pepper 2 tablespoon olive oil2 tablespoon lemon juice
Cook on high until done and water burns out.
Sauce:125g butter3 ½ tablespoon mayonnaise 1 ½ tablespoon tomato sauce 1 teaspoon Lemon pepper 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon tomato paste1 teaspoon garlic flakes 1 teaspoon sugar Cook for few minutes untill creamy. Add to prawns and simmer. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander). Serve with savoury rice.
