INGREDIENTS
1kg Stewing beef( big chunky pieces)2 onions 4 Jam Tomatoes 6 green chillies 1 tablespoons garlic and ginger2 teaspoon Durban Masala 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Masala1 teaspoon Dhana jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon ground black pepper Salt 2 tablespoons double cream plain yoghurt
METHOD
Saute beef in oil until it's browned on all sides, add ginger and garlic fry for a minute, add a cup of water, pressure cook for 35 minutes.
Release pressure once done, remove meat and water( reserve the water in a cup) , add oil and onions and fry till brown. Add meat back in with salt. Fry for a few minutes on saute function, add halved tomatoes, close the lid and allow tomatoes to soften, remove lid and pick the skin off the tomatoes, use a masher to soften tomatoes, add all masalas in and fry for 2 minutes, add potatoes and reserved water. Close lid and pressure cook for 5 minutes, release pressure and add yoghurt, stir together and allow to cook with out the lid for 10 minutes, once oil rises and water dries out, add sliced chillies and dhania (coriander) and serve with parathas or roti.

I used big boneless chunks of beef.
