INGREDIENTS
1kg fillet
4 tablespoon machachos spice
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic
3 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
METHOD
• Thin your fillets length wise.
• Mix all the spices together and marinate the chicken in it for an hour or two
• Cook on an electric braai (bbq) or on stove top in a griddle
• Serve with bun as a burger or as one desire.
INFO & TIPS
I usually make it to eat in a burger bun with tomato, cheese, lettuce etc
I even tried it with small cubes of chicken.
I cooked it in a pot and ate it in a roll with grated cheese on top.
