1 kg chicken fillet washed and cubed1 teaspoon red chilles1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala2 tablespoon lemon juice2 tlsp white vinegar1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin)1 tso fine dhana1 small tin tomato paste3 tablespoon sour milkYellow food colouring ..just for xtra colouring
Heat 2 tablespoon of ghee (Clarified butter) and a pinch of whole jeeru (cumin) and allow to heatAdd chicken and mix wellThen add the rest of the ingredients and allow to cook on low until tenderWhen ready to serve add 3 tablespoon of tomato sauce
