Creamy Mushrooms | My Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 punnet mushrooms cleaned and chopped 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon parsley ½ teaspoon Robertson zesty lemon and herb Salt / or normal pepper
Remaining ingredients: 2 tablespoon cream cheese spread of your choice ¼ cup milk ¼ cup water ¼ cup mozzarella cheese

METHOD

In a pan add the oil and garlic and sauté on low heat until you smell garlic , add mushrooms and stir fry until slightly soft . Just before serving add the rest of the remaining ingredients and serve immediately .
