left over chicken shreded or ½ kg chicken fillet cooked in 1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon red chilli paste 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder ¼ teaspoon haldi chili powder salt 2 tablespoon mayo 2 tablespoon peri sauce of your choice
1 tin baked beans cooked in 1 onion finely chopped 2 tomatoes pureed 2 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder salt chili powder 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce chopped dhania (coriander)
5 nice size potatoes washed foil

cook the chicken .
bake beans : braise onion until soft add the tomato puree and spices and braise until water dries out add the Worcester sauce and bake beans . garnish with dhania (coriander)
potato : wash and cover each 1 in foil , place then in the oven until completely soften . open foil cut in the middle , use a folk to mash add salt and butter immediately and mix .
assemble : place potato on a plate , add chicken , add bake beans , a dollop of sour cream and eat with doritos ( I used the blue packet )
