¾ cup fine coconut ¾ cup castor sugar ¾ cup flour 1 ¼ cup jungle oats 1 ¼ teaspoon bicarbonate soda

Preheat oven to 160 degrees In a baking tray combine all the dry ingredients . Melt butter on the stove and add golden syrup , add this to the dry ingredients , mix well and flatten in the baking tray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes . Do not burn the oats . When Cooled melt chocolate and drizzle on the top .
