On stove in a pot 5-6 Chicken fillets cubed (small)Cook in 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) in butter or ghee (Clarified butter)Add 1 handful finely chopped robot peppers1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste½ teaspoon garlic pasteBraise few minutesAdd +- 1 tablespoon green chilli pasteAnd or Jalepeno chilli paste 1 tablespoon lemon pepper 1 heaped tablespoon Aminas lemon marinade2 tablespoon calistos portuguese chicken spiceDash of saltFew fresh thymeRosemary Cook wellRemove from stoveWhen cooled thenAdd to the Above1 cup chopped up boiled spagetti (can leave out) 2 Large potatoes cut in cubesBoiled with little salt cooled (keep aside) 1 large steamed grated grated carrot on the fine side (squeeze out water) Or ( use 1 cup steam finely chopped mixed vegetable) Mix all to the cooled chicken mixThen when all cooled 2 tablespoon cheese sauce (use dry powder) 2 tablespoon mazina2 tablespoon white onion soup powder1-2 cups grated cheese (optional) ½ cup bread crumbsAdd greens like Green dhania (coriander).. ShallotEtc Mix well adjust the chilli taste Adjust the salt taste Mould into Finger size sosaties or mould into ball and flatten for cutlets If sift add flour to make it firm a bit Dip in eggs and roll back in bread crumbsFreeze at this stage and fry in non stick pan with very little hot oil till golden brown shaje the pan so it dont stick because of the cheeseServe with chutney orEnjoy with salads chips roti or pitas etc
