Chocolate Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs1 cup sugar ¼ cup cocoa¼ cup oil½ cup boiling water1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 cup flour 2 teaspoon baking powder

METHOD

Beat eggs and sugar until light in color.
In a separate bowl combine oil, cocoa, water and vanilla essence.
Sift in flour and baking powder into egg mixture and mix. Add cocoa mixture to batter and beat.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Decorate as desired 😊
