Boil and strain pasta when al dente. Put oil in pot and drop in onions and fry until transparent. Drop in tomato, crushed garlic, green chillie paste, chillie powder, tumeric and salt. Cook like a chutney. Drop in mustard sauce and drained tuna and toss for a bit. Add milk and flour to the pot and whisk until it thickens into a sauce. Drop in boiled pasta and mixed herbs. Best served hot.
