I'm not one to get fancy with the spices. So if I post or heart a recipe, chances are you won't have to go to the grocery store because it's definitely simple, easy and tastes DE-licious!

INGREDIENTS
250g pasta of your choiceOil½ Onion sliced 1 tomato Grated 1 teaspoon crushed garlic ½ teaspoon Green chillie paste 1 ½ teaspoon chillie powder ½ teaspoon tumeric Salt to taste 1 teaspoon mustard sauce 1 tin tuna4 tablespoon flour 2 Cups (500ml) MilkMixed herbs
METHOD
Boil and strain pasta when al dente.
Put oil in pot and drop in onions and fry until transparent.
Drop in tomato, crushed garlic, green chillie paste, chillie powder, tumeric and salt. Cook like a chutney.
Drop in mustard sauce and drained tuna and toss for a bit.
Add milk and flour to the pot and whisk until it thickens into a sauce.
Drop in boiled pasta and mixed herbs.
Best served hot.
INFO & TIPS
If the pasta is too spicy, add mayonnaise.
