1 kg chicken fillet or 1 whole chicken1 onion grated3 tablespoon mayyonaise1 teaspoon salt or to taste1 teaspoon lemon pepper¼ teaspoon black pepper¼ teaspoon white pepper1 teaspoon whole jeeroo 1 teaspoon whole dhana1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo1 teaspoon mustard powder¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) (Turmeric)1 tablespoon garlic masala1 teaspoon green masalagreen chillies to taste 2 potatoes cut into wedges with skin1 sweet potato cut into rings2 carrots cut into ringsu can add mealies if u like
METHOD
Mix everything together...Add a little oil into your pot and cook chicken on low heat until done...Cut up green dhanya before serving...Enjoy!!!
