2 chicken Fillets cut up 1 cup ready made paneer (Fry lightly keep aside) 3-4 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter) 1 small onion ½ teaspoon ginger garlic ¼ cup peas Few chopped red green yellow pepers Add handful sliced mushrooms (optional) Few curry leaves 2 grated tomatoes 2 tablespoon tomato puree ½ teaspoon whole jeera 2 tuj (cinnamon stick) 1 ½ teaspoon dhana jeera pwdr ¼ teaspoon Tumeric 1 teaspoon crushed red chilli 1 ½ teaspoon chilli pwdr ½ teaspoon garum masala 1 teaspoon salt ½ cup cream ( can use dessert cream in can) ¼ yoghurt (optional) Green dhania (coriander) for garnish Method Heat ghee (Clarified butter) add onion and tuj (cinnamon stick) jeera add curry leaves Saute Add chicken with ginger garlic braise Now add green pepers peas Mushrooms Braise Add all spices with tomato paste Braise till chicken add yoghurt (optional) tomato all cooked and spices are well blended Now add your cream.. Till a luvly rich gravy is formed Garnish with green dhania (coriander) Serve with naan roti and or rice
