(Simple with water only and not milk and 1/4 tsp Salt)
Apdapted to my style
Melt 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or butter to potAdd cinnamon Add the vermicelliBraise do not toast if its already toasted AddAdd water (I added little milk) Let it boil till vermicelli is just soft Add 2 tablespoon sugarSaffron DO NOT OVER BOILIT MUST NOT BE LUMPY MAY ADD CRUSHED Elachi (cardomom)Saffron strands Little crushed Elachi (cardomom) Once done cool. Completely REMOVE THE CINNAMON STICK NOWPUREE RIPE MANGOES (CUBE SOME FOR GARNISH) Add little SUGAR TO SWEETEN (Optional) KEEP ASIDE GARNISH KEEP ASIDE TO ADD LASTBraise almonds or cashew nuts or Raisins in litttle ghee (Clarified butter)SERVING SUGGESTION NOTE:VERMICELLI HAS TO BE COLD Spoon some Vermicelli in a BowlTop with Mango Puree and cubed Mangoes Add Garnish The Almonds etcTop with Almonds etc ENJOY CHILLED 😋😋
