Boil 1 cup any pasta I use colourful skrews drain Seperately cook 1 cup cubed or strips chicken fillet cook in 2 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter) or olive oil With green masala and season with lemon peper and any chicken spice Add few steamed colourful pepers Add all of the above to the pasta Add finely chopped small onion..tomato is optional..add a bit of mayo mixed with nestle dessert cream chopped green chilli..garnish with parsley ..mint ..or dhania (coriander)
