1 kg Chicken /Mutton/Beef2 tablespoon oil Braise till mince changes colourAdd1 teaspoon crushed whole jeera1 tablespoon green chillies Or crushed red chilli 1 ½ teaspoon salt2 teaspoon dhana jeera m1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon tumeric (tumeric)1Tblsp any chicken spice (optional) for chicken Or Chops and Steak spice for mutton or beef (optional)Cook till mince is dry. Keep aside NB: Chicken and Chop and Steak spices are Optional In a seperate pan add3-4 large chopped onion in pan without any oil to burn the water outYou can leave onion white or add little tumeric to it. Add the onion to the above cooled mince and mix well adjust your salt and chilies taste add your greeens You can place pot back on stove and slightly cook the onion and mince mixture.When cooled.Add chopped dhania (coriander) Or also shallot/mint You can add if you like mayo.or any sauceTo the mixture or lemon juice.
Tin Fish Filling Different style with tomato 1 large can middlecut fish (clean scrape the silver and brown off remove bone)1 can tuna (drained) Braise un 2-3 tablespoon oil 1 large onion (chopped finely)With 1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon garlicmustard seeds add 4 finely cut up curry leavesBraise add 1 large grated tomato (optional)½ teaspoon Kashmiri masala1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder01 teaspoon Dhana jeera mix1 teaspoon tumeric (tumeric)1 teaspoon saltBraise add 1Tblsp lemon juiceFew chopped up shallotBraise well add little water if necessary for onion to softenAdd all the mixed up fishCook well I add 2 cubed potato steam in microwave with little chilli powder salt 1Tblsp oil and little water .steam till soft if any liquid left drain it Add to the filling mixtureAdj the salt chilli etc Optional : add tomato sauce / mayoGarnish with green chopped dhania (coriander)
