1 cup sugar 1 and half cups flour 1 and half lid of rose essence 3 eggs Vanilla essence 2 teaspoon baking powder 250 g pure butter 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) (cardomom) powder 1 cup milk
Cream butter and sugar...add eggs one at a time and add your vanilla essence and beat in between...add rose essence...and crushed Elachi (cardomom) (cardomom)....add little flour then little milk ending with flour mix well and bake till done @180
For the icing Use 90 g soft butter 1 1⁄2 cup icing sugar 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed Elachi (cardomom) (cardomom) Little rose essence (Optional I added 2,tablespoon milk powder) Little milk then little water Beat well till soft and fluffy and white Spread over cake Garnish with coloured almonds
