RECIPE

250g softened butter 1 ¼ cup sugar 3 cups flour *3 teaspoon baking powder 4 eggs 1 cup milk Vanilla extract
Beat above EXCEPT baking powder.  Lastly add baking powder and beat well. Bake at 180⁰ till golden. U cud add sprinkles to the top.
Milktart filling:2 cups milk¼ cup flour ½ cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cinnamon stick 1 egg yolk½ teaspoon falooda powder or ghaas powder.Boil on low till thick.Cool completely. Pipe over cupcakes sprinkle cinnamon & serve
