INGREDIENTS
170g butter1 cup castor sugar4 eggs1tspn vanilla essence9 tablespoon. milk9 tablespoon. water5 teaspoon. baking powder½ teaspoon. bicarbonate of soda2 tablespoon. cocoa powder1 and ½ cup flour
TOPPINGwhip cream ( orley whip)½ cup icing sugar2 tablespoon cocoa
METHOD
Beat the butter and sugar till creamy and paleSeparate egg white and egg yolkAdd the egg yolk and vanilla essence into the butter mixture and mixAdd in the milk and water and mixAdd in the baking powder, bicarb, cocoa and flourBeat the egg white till fluffy and add to the mixtureBake at 180 degrees for 20+- minutes
ToppingBeat the orley whip till a little bit fluffyAdd in the icing sugar and cocoaBeat till soft peaks are formed
