250g Butter & 1&¼ cups castor sugar=beat thoroughly until white add in 4 eggs & 1 capful vanilla essence. Add 500g selfraising flour beat well....add in ¼ cup milk & ½ cup water. For confetti cupcakes add in 3 tablespoon confetti into batter. Fill into cupcake cases & bake on 200 degrees for 12~15 minutes!!!

75g butter beat till white then add in
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
125ml first choice cream
Icing sugar as needed.
Beat till smooth and thick
Pipe onto cupcakes and decor as desired.
