150 gr Butter, softened150 gr Castor sugar175gr self-raising Flour3 eggs1 teaspoon Vanilla essence

METHOD

Combine all the ingredients together in a standing mixer. Pour into individual cupcake cups and bake on 180 degrees for +- 20 minutes.
