Recipe - Naeema Mia 4 eggs separated 1 cup castor sugar 1 ½ cup flour 5 tablespoon cocoa ¾ cup oil ½ cup milk ½ cup buttermilk 4 teaspoon baking powder
Beat egg whites stiff. Set aside. Mix yolks, sugar, cocoa & oil until combined. Sift flour and Baking powder. Add milk& buttermilk and beat. Fold in egg whites Line a cupcake pan with paper cases fill ¾ way full. Bake on 180 for 10 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Decorate as desired
