1 ½ tablespoon coconut flour½ teaspoon baking powder2 tablespoon cacao powder or cocoa powder2 tablespoon powdered sweetener1 egg medium5 tablespoon double/heavy cream2 tablespoon sugar free chocolate chips¼ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Mix the dry ingredients together well. Sift if you need to. Add the wet ingredients and mix well. Leave it to stand for a minute. Don't leave it too long. Coconut flour absorbs liquids easily. Grease a ramekin or casserole dish and pour batter in. Microwave for 1 ½ minutes. Don't overcook or place it in for longer. The coconut flour dries it out as it cools down. Once cool tip over on a plate and top with ganache. Make the ganache with 2 tablespoon dark sugar free chocolate melted. Add 1 or 2 spoons milk or cream in it and pour over. It's delicious and very filling. Enjoy
