RECIPE
Wet ingredients ¼ cup oil 1 cup buttermilk 2 tablespoon warm coffee1 teaspoon vanilla essence ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Dry ingredients 1 ¼ cup flour⅓ cup cocoa powder ¾ cup sugar1 teaspoon baking sodaPinch of salt
Mix together dry ingredients, make sure there are no lumps. Mix together all wet ingredients. Add to dry ingredients, mix well, make sure all ingredients are combined well. Bake at 180 C for 30-45 minutes. When cake is cool, top with chocolate ganache or icing.
