Recipe credit : @tableforfivedubai 125g butter - softened3 eggs1 ¼ cup flour¼ cup cocoa 150ml milk1 cup castor sugar (heap)1 teaspoon vanilla essence 4 teaspoon baking powder ½ cup desiccated coconut Preheat oven to 180. Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat for approximately 4-5 minutes till well combined. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 30 minutes (until a skewer comes out clean once inserted)Chocolate ganache1 slab Lindt chocolate4-5 tablespoon fresh cream Heat cream and add to chocolate. Mix till smooth. You can pop into the microwave for a few seconds to melt. More cream can be added for the consistency that you like. Pour over cake. Throw toasted coconut flakes over and some chopped peppermint crisp over.
