Oreo Cake/ Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

½ pound butter1 ½ cup castor sugar 4 eggs    1 box oreo (original) 3 cups flour 1 ¾ cup milk 4 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 3 tablespoon cocoa 

Beat the butter and sugar well
Add eggs in one at a time and beat a bit
Add the flour and milk and beat slightly
Lastly add baking powder
Add 4 packets slightly crushed oreo (original) in mixture
Fill cupcake pans ¾ way and bake on 180 degrees
Topping:
250g butter 2 cups icing sugar 3 tablespoon milk Beat well till nicely blended 
Add 3 packets crushed oreo in & spread on top of cakeWhipped cream crush oreos into cream & decorate as you like
