INGREDIENTS
2x Medium Onions2 Green Chillies, optional5x Chicken Breasts,( cut into strips) 2 Tomatoes, grated1 teaspoon Tandoori Spice2 teaspoon Tumeric Powder¼ teaspoon Jiera1 teaspoon Chillie powder¼ teaspoon MasalaSalt to taste¼ Cup milk½ Cup Bulgarian Yogurt added 2 teaspoon Lemon juice...¼ teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Garlic paste or 1 Garlic cloveOil2 teaspoon Danya (optional)
METHOD
In a large pot fry the onions, add the tomatoes with all the spices in a seperate bowl, set aside... Marinade the chicken with the garlic & yogurt for 15 minutes.Then add the tomatoes to the fried onions,and cook for 3 minutes. Then add the chicken, milk, cook on slow until the chicken nice & thick sauce.Top with freshly chopped Danya. Serve with Bread🥖🥖🥖 /Mash Potatoes & RiceMango Artchaar
