RECIPE
                      500g chicken mince1 chopped onion1 teaspoon salt7 green chillies1 tablespoon oil 1 egg1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 mashed potatoesSeason with green chutney and salt 
Take a large piece of foil. Grease with oil. Pat chicken mince mixture into a rectangular or square shape.Add mashed potato in the middle.Fold over to form a roll.Close ends.Steam  with water 30 - 40 minutes.
Sauce topping:4 tablespoon butter4 tablespoon.lemon juice4 tablespoon tomato sauce2 tablespoon chilli flakes1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)¼ teaspoon salt
Melt sauce ingredients in the microwave and pour overRoulade. Grill in the oven few minutes.Top with grated fried potatoes
