1kg chicken mince
1 tablespoon green chillies
1 tablespoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1⁄4 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
2 slices bread crumbed
Fist chopped dhania (coriander)
Pie dough pastry
Mix all kebab ingredients together. With greased hands roll into fingers. Leave in freezer to harden.
Roll out dough on floured surface. Cut rounds. Make 3 or 4 slits in a slant on dough.
Then wrap dough around kebab.
Brush with egg and sprinkle poppy seeds.
Bake in preheated oven at 180degC for approx 30min.
Serve with lemon juice/ chutney.
