Banana Cake With Maple Syrup

INGREDIENTS

125g butter1 Cup Castor Sugar2 eggs1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence 1 +¾ cup Cake Flour *1 teaspoon Bi Carb*1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder*½ cup chopped pecan nuts4 ripe Mashed Ripe Bananas 🍌 ½ Cup Milk

METHOD

In a pot melt butter & sugar on the stove on low heat ,when melted,remove and add the mashed bananas.Add the eggs , beat mixture, add vanilla , add sifted dry ingredients marked with a * and pecans and beat to combine.Lastly add milk to batter.Pour cake batter into greased baking loaf pans Bake at 180degrees for 20 minutes
Icing 250g Butter2 cups Icing Sugar1 teaspoon vanilla easence2 tablespoons maple Beat butter untill it light and fluffyAdd icing sugar one cup at a timeAdd maple syrup and beat untill combined.Decorate with pecan nuts and drizzle with Maple Syrup
