INGREDIENTS
125g butter1 cup sugar
2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 and ½ cups flour2 level teaspoons baking powder1 heaped teaspoon cinnamon powder1 teaspoon Robertsons mixed spice⅛ teaspoon salt
½ cup milk, room temperature
METHOD
Cream sugar and butter well.Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Scrape down the bowl.Add in all dry ingredients that had been whisked together.Now add in milk and mix lightly.Divide evenly between about 14-15 cupcake cases.Bake in a hot preheated oven on 180°c until done. Cool completely.
Frost with our Stabilised Fresh Cream and drizzle generously with our Homemade Caramel Sauce.
